The Boston Made Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Boston Made, Inc. — a national platform dedicated to connecting community-rooted businesses, amplifying underrepresented voices, and building infrastructure that helps people and places thrive.
Our mission
We believe that community-connected businesses are the backbone of strong neighborhoods. Our mission is to make those businesses visible, connected, and supported — regardless of geography, industry, or background.
The Boston Made Foundation builds free, open infrastructure: a national business directory, a community platform for members to connect and organize, and philanthropic programs that invest directly in the people and businesses that make communities great.

We are transparent about our status: the Foundation is not yet a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We do not claim tax-deductibility for donations at this time. We will update this page when our status changes.
